After every visit you receive a survey. If your rating isn't perfect, we contact you first and return at no extra charge. We take the first step. Always.
Every home has different cleaning needs. Our mandatory first deep clean allows us to bring your home to Aura's quality standard, so every recurring visit stays consistent, efficient and detailed.
We always recommend being home for the first visit. It allows us to walk through your home together, understand your preferences and avoid any misunderstandings. As trust builds, many of our recurring clients choose to provide us with a key, access code or garage code so we can clean even when they're away.
Whenever possible, yes. We assign you the same cleaning professional for every visit. If a replacement is needed, we'll notify you in advance and send someone trained to Aura's standards.
After every visit, you get a survey. If your rating isn't perfect, we reach out and come back at no charge. You don't have to chase us — that's our promise.
Our clients usually provide the cleaning products they prefer for their home. If you'd like us to bring them, we also offer certified cleaning products that are safe for kids and pets as an optional add-on.
Two cleans a month with your assigned cleaner, at 8% off the base rate. It's our most popular plan — consistent results at the best price per visit.
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Yes. Aura Cleaners carries liability insurance. If an unexpected incident occurs during your cleaning visit, we'll contact you immediately and work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
A deep cleaning includes a thorough clean of every room, including the inside of the oven, refrigerator and microwave, baseboards and door frames, behind and under accessible furniture, and a complete degreasing of the kitchen. It's our most comprehensive service and is required for every first visit.
